We recently completed this extensive exterior renovation project that transformed this backyard into a four-seasons outdoor living space. This transformation features Timber Tech decking boards with a dry system underneath, stacked limestone retaining walls, a custom concrete fire pit, a custom wet bar with a TV, and integrated lighting in the concrete and stone. This was a drastic kitchen and dining room transformation. The home featured an outdated floorplan with a wall separating the kitchen from the dining area. Both rooms felt, small, dark, and isolated. We tore that wall up and opened up the entire space. We added a whole wall of new cabinets, and a massive island in the middle featuring a sink and dining space. We also add double doors to the back patio, which let more light into the space. Other details include new flooring and lighting, a gas stove, and a completely new staircase.
